Undated [1909]. "Novelised from the play as produced by David Belasco". Original green cloth. Illustration of violin against a green background, with lettering in white on front board, lettered in pale green on spine. Front board lightly grazed, endpapers browned with undated signature, lettering on spine a little dulled, otherwise very good. The British Library notes two editions of this book (no indication of precedence): the other being published by Stevens & Brown (but printed in the USA) and illustrated. The novel, dealing with musical life in Germany, is an early example of "novelisation".

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
All books are packaged in bubblewrap and stiff, double-walled cardboard. We do not use soft "mailing" bags.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 750 gm. If a book or set of books is heavier and requires extra postage, this fact will be stated in the item description. If you order a heavy book, we will contact you to let you know the amount of extra shipping required; and to ask for your agreement to the additional charge.
Please note that for international sales "Priority" indicates airmail services and "Standard" indicates surface services. Surface mail can take up to three months to deliver outside Europe.
