1961. No Edition Remarks. Unpaginated. Illustrated dust jacket over brown cloth covered boards with gilt. Black and white illustrated plates. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Cracking to hinges, no damage to end papers. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering has become dull. Sunning to top edges of boards. Gilt lettering is darkened. Book has a slight forward lean. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. The boards are tan hessian with gilt lettering on the spine and an illustration on the front board. The jacket is covered with a clear plastic wrapper, and has only very minor edge ware, with a few minor losses at the top on the back cover. The inside pages are in a very good condition.There are 38 pages of written detail, then a few tables of musical information, and to finish there are 323 items featured in colour and black and white. There is a white cloth page finder that remains in a very good condition. The book comes inside a sleeve which has shelf / edge ware bumping and nicks, but is still in a very good condition to protect the book and jacket. It has had minor repairs.
