The book is only in good condition, the covers have rubbing and edgewear, book is kind of loose from use. Soiling at the endpapers especially, a little soiling in the pages. The contents page has some few pencil notes and marks, a little on a couple of other pages. For the most part the contents are fairly clean except near the ends. A little rough but still useable.
