We strive to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order and include a tracking number at no extra charge. International shipments go via International Priority Mail whenever possible. We remind west coast customers to allow an extra 3 to 7 days for delivery during peak holiday shipping season. Returns will be accepted if return request is received within 30 days of order date. Returns must be placed in padded box or bag for shipment.
