About the Author

Matthew Stucky was born and raised in Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1990 and served four years in the U.S. Navy as an officer. Soon after release from active duty, he enrolled at the University of West Florida to obtain a master's degree in software engineering, graduating in the summer of 1998. By that time he had worked as a Novell LAN administrator and an Access, VB, and SQL Server developer. Since then he has worked for Dimensional Insight (dimins) as a consultant, utilizing a wide variety of tools, including all manner of databases, operating systems, and software. He still maintains that the best thing about UWF was the football team¿go War Snails!
