Mystery of the Crying Cave

Randi Sale left school with one more day of finals ahead, not knowing that the note her friend, Cricket, was about to give her would set them on a course that put the people they loved—and most everyone around them—in danger. She thought the brief command to leave town immediately and tell no one where they were going was just some sick attempt to derail their academic pursuits, and the perpetrator of the ruse would soon be revealed. But headlights and two armed men at a rest-stop changed her mind, and she found herself racing towards the mountains where the note had told them to go.

The coming hours would challenge everything she had known about life, and the strength of the human spirit when aroused, as the two girls fought uncertainty, fear and not knowing whom they could trust. Would unraveling the threads of what seemed like a never-ending ball of confusion and near death experiences end in success or failure? Of that, they could never be sure until the last rock fell.
