This VG- quality book was published in 1934 by Saalfield and is 8-1/8" tall with 250 numbered pages of text. This book--one-piece bright yellow cloth binding with black lettering-has a pronounced lean, is very clean, free of corner bumps and with small dings on the top and bottom of the rear board; the head and heel of the spine are lightly soiled but not bumped; the bottom edges have very little wear. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. The rear hinge is strong and not damaged in any way whereas the paper covering the front hinge is torn and the hinge is slightly weakened. The text paper is very toned but is still flexible and not brittle. There are no illustrations besides the frontis. The VG- quality jacket (see photos) has tiny chips at the head and heel of the spine, with no tears and no fading. However, the rear panel is rather heavily soiled, with a small water stain at the top at the rear gutter (the binding is slightly discolored at that spot). There is no list in the book nor is this series listed on the back of the jacket. The book has no remainder mark and is not a former library book. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-7-31-6
