Brown cloth covers with blind stamped design on edges of front cover, spine and back cover. Gold lettering and design on spine and front cover are bright. Covers exhibit heavy wear and bumping on corners and spine ends. Bumping and wear to edges. Inside front hinge is torn from the top down 3/4 of the front cover. Moderate shelf wear and soiling to covers. Soiling and yellowing to page ends. Inside back cover has a cracked hinge but is still firmly attached. Soiling and yellowing to inside front and back covers, bfep's and ffep's. Previous owners name on the upper edge of a ffep and title page. Yellowing, light soiling and occasional foxing to text which is otherwise unmarked. The many full page illustrations are yellowed due to age. Otherwise unmarked. Missing page1. Includes multiple pages of advertising in back of book. Large fold out map which is in poor condition with tears. Still quite readable. This is a new and corrected edition.
