Ex-university library copy. xvi, 282, 16 pages. Hardcover: H 22.25cm x L 14.25cm. Lacks dust jacket. Green cloth rubbed, several small stains to front board with large library withdrawn sticker affixed near center, board corners nicked, spine head lightly worn with frayed 1.5cm tear at heel of front joint, library shelf sticker affixed near spine heel. Faint library stamp on top edge. Foxing to endpapers; library bookplate on front pastedown; stub of removed date due sheet at top of front free endpaper; ink number stamp and two ink check marks on Contents page; occasional pen and pencil underlining and margin marks amongst text; no other library markings readily apparent upon a quick perusal.
