Both volumes all intact and tight, some to-be-expected age marks but mostly clear interiors, also some foxing to prelims and blank pages, no heavy stains/marks, no inscriptions - boards to both volumes have average shelf wear, some light surface marks and rubs to side edge of spine and spine tips, bright gilt lettering and decoration to spines, all tight.
