Die Restitutionskommission in den Niederlanden hat die internationale Restitutionspraxis zu NS-bedingt entzogenen Kulturg�tern in den letzten 20 Jahren ma�geblich gepr�gt. Im Jahr 2021 wurden ihre Verfahrensordnung und ihre materiell-rechtlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf Basis der Empfehlungen der sog. Kohnstamm-Kommission umfassend neu geordnet.. Erstmals werden in dieser Publikation alle bisher ver�ffentlichten Empfehlungen und bindenden Entscheidungen der niederl�ndischen Restitutionskommission im Lichte dieses neuen Rahmens systematisiert und in ein Pr�fungsschema eingeordnet. Die so zutage tretenden abstrakten Entscheidungsprozesse und -kriterien werden darauf �berpr�ft, ob sie den Anforderungen an eine gerechte und faire L�sung im Sinne der Washingtoner Prinzipen entsprechen.
