Foxing and toning, several short tears at edges with 4cm tear at heel of spine fold, some creasing with mild horizontal fold-line at center. "General Instructions" upon front cover (i.e. page 1) with "Detailed Instructions" and two exercises on pages 2-4. Presumably designed as a mail-order instructional-exercise program by Numeral Method Music Company as the concluding text cites further exercises and music and encourages questions via correspondence. 1914 copyright date and name "L.R. Keller" provided upon title page. A good+ copy but interesting ephemera as the absolute dearth of online citations testifies to the success of the company and its teaching method.
