The lesson provided are a result of a 35-year career that started as an accountant and concluded as a successful COO of a major company. Along the way, I had some falls, but everyone does. Reading this book lets you in on the secrets that make people successful in life and work.
About the Author
At heart, DAVID HOLT is a mentor who has positively affected hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals throughout his career. He managed to get the most out of everyone who worked with him. He was able to determine people’s talents, place them in positions that fit their talents, and assisted them to perform at their best. Along the way, David provided his employees with many of the secrets in this book to help them advance their careers. David worked in multiple industries and had many different responsibilities throughout his career. He participated in accounting, operations, finance, sales and executive planning of strategic and tactical goals. He has worked for a small start-up, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes real estate, manufacturing, franchising, utilities, mortgage, and technology industries. He started his career as an individual contributor and finished his career managing a division consisting of 14 companies, with over $1 billion in revenues with more than 4,000 employees throughout the United States.
