Kim Atkins is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Wollongong in Australia. She has a special interest in the work of Paul Ricoeur and Maurice Merleau-Ponty, concerning issues of embodiment, selfhood and ethics. She is the editor of Self and Subjectivity.
