It was a very wide canvas and included wide ranging issues. The panelists and the participants included many personalities who had first hand experiences of the situation in the North East from the very top level (governor/army/corps commanders) down to company commanders and officers from civil administration as well as Central Police.Based on National Security Seminar conducted at United Service Institution (USI)
