This title aims to provide a practical approach to improved riding performance through the development of greater harmony between horse and rider. The emphasis is on the rider's increased awareness, improved relaxation and a more positive attitude, rather than on instruction imposed from outside. The book includes a new approach to riding - "inner learning" techniques and should be of benefit to both novices, experienced riders and coaches
