(Old Books, Leather Sets, French Books, Philosophy, Natural Rights, 20th Century Books). Droit Naturel, by A. Castelein. Published 1912, Brussels by Albert Dewit.2 volumes, 1029 pages. Text in French. Period 1/4 leather binding, raised bands, gilt compartment decorations & title lettering, marbled covers and end papers. Old institutional stamps to title pages, leather rubbed and scuffed but still supple, covers firmly attached. Book remains well preserved and attractive on the shelf. It displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
