There are 221 pages to this wheat colored cloth covered hard cover with brown lettering on the front board and spine. There multiple black-and-white images throughout the volume. An image of the author with a facsimile signature is used as a frontispiece. This appears to be an early printing of the First Edition-the year printed-1941-is not on the title page. The dust wrapper has a $3.00 price on the front flap. The edges and dust wrapper show some toning. The spine ends are soft and the board shows through on the lower tips. The dust wrapper is also torn, soiled, has some paper loss, and curls at the edges. The dust wrapper is now protected by a clear removable cover.
