I Am Nature: The Reflective Journal that Enhances Your Connection to Nature

This journal is a daily practice and reminder of our oneness with nature. In the practice of Ecotherapy, the relationship with nature and the environment is the focus to help strengthen, repair, and heal an individual's physical, mental and spiritual health. This journal was created by a licensed psychotherapist who practices and believes in the power of Ecotherapy. One of the many reasons so many people who live in urban metropolitans are experiencing more challenges with their mental health is due to the disruption of connection with nature and what it means to "be nature."

The journal is filled with prompts that allow you to explore your relationship with various aspects of nature. There

are also blank pages that allow you to write or draw reflections as well.

Tiffany Wright is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas, wellness consultant, speaker, and self-love ambassador.
