- ALL POSTED PRICES ARE BASED UPON A SHIPPING WEIGHT OF 2 LBS OR LESS. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OVER 2 LBS.
- THE FASTEST USPS SHIPPING RATES ARE VIA PRIORITY EXPRESS DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL - ABEBOOKS PROVIDES NO CONVENIENT WAY OF LISTING THOSE PRICES AT THEIR 2 LB BASE PRICE. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM QUICKLY, WRITE US AMD WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING FEE.
- THE SHIPPING CHART POSTS THE current 2024 RATES FOR USPS DOMESTIC STANDARD (MEDIA MAIL) AND PRIORITY SHIPPING COSTS AND INTERNATIONAL 1ST CLASS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING COSTS. THE INFORMATION IS BASED ON THE LATEST INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE USPS WEBSITE. There is no standard (surface) mail service from the United States to other countries. We are only able to ship to other countries via 1ST CLASS PACKAGE RATE FOR WEIGHTS OF 4 LBS OR LESS, WHICH iNCLUDES A TRACKING NUMBER; AND BY PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL & PACKAGE SERVICE, WHICH INCLUDES A TRACKING NUMBER. I STRONGLY ADVISE THE BUYER TO CHECK THE PRICING OF USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL BY FIGURING OUT THE PRICE FROMT THE USPS CUSTOMS FORM SITE - THE ONLY ACCURATE WAY TO DETERMINE THE CURRENT SHIPPING PRICES AT EVRY SERVICE OPTION. ACCORDING TO THE USPS: international Priority delivery time is 6–10 business days;Includes a USPS Tracking Number; comes with up to $200 insurance for merchandise lost or damaged; Priority Mail International prices are based on weight and destination country. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we will contact you to let you know the extra shipping cost that is required.
- SHIPPING SPEEDS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are estimates based on the USPS estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. If your order will pass through Customs, please expect a delay. Any applicable Customs duties, VAT, brokerage or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If local sales taxes apply, or if the book is heavy or oversized and requires additional shipping, the bookseller may contact you directly about extra charges.
- SHIPPING TERMS FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: THE $5.00 RATE is for MEDIA MAIL WHICH IS A WEIGHT BASED SYSTEM; this includes a tracking number; Media Mail delivery can take a week or two or as much as a month. PRIORITY PACKAGE SHIPPING IS A WEIGHT & DISTANCE BASED system of shipping.
