He is the author of the Newly Commissioned Naval Officers Guide, 2nd edition in addition to numerous articles on naval leadership and management. He has also served at the White House and the Pentagon. LCDR Douglas A. Robb, USN, is an active-duty surface warfare officer whose formative seagoing assignments have been in guided missile destroyers. He has served three tours in Washington, including on Capitol Hill and on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations.
