About the Author
Gregory K. Tharp, MLS, Adv. Cert., MCAC, CCEP, CGSP holds a paralegal certificate from Boston University, a Master of Library Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University, an Advanced Certificate in Archives Management from Simmons University, and a Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart University.
Tharp has co-authored an article in Library Hi Tech journal, authored a book on government contracting with Eliva Press, published website reviews in Technical Services Quarterly, SAA Archives Review, and the World Commerce and Contracting Association. Tharp has also presented at the Library Research Seminar VII and the Naval Postgraduate School Acquisition Research Symposium.
