Three VHS tapes and typed letter signed by Skellings. Edmund Skellings (1932-2012) was a poet and Poet Laureate of Florida from 1980-2012. In the late 1960s he began experimenting with audio amplification and modifications to promote poetry and reach larger audiences. In 1990 he was the Founding Director of the Florida Center for Electronic Communication at Florida Atlantic University. VHS recordings have not been played by Eureka Books. They appear to be in excellent condition. Typed letter signed by Skellings, dated April 18, 1995, with comments on the production of the tape 'Nearing ther Millenium,' the work of the producer/director Newman, and the awards won in New York, Hollywood, Berlin, Tokyo and Osaka. Approximately 120 words. Mild edge wear to VHS paper covers.
