Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Text body is clean and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Maroon gilt stamped cloth over boards, 166 pp., Bibliography, Index, Index of Changed Names, Counties. This copy belonged to the Lincoln, Nebraska Groun Water Branch of the U.S. Government Geological Survey, and has a transmittal letter taped on the front endpaper, a "Received" stamp on the front free endpaper as well as a slip of paper with staff members initials who had read the book. Corners and spine ends bumped, covers scuffed, small dent in front cover fore-edge, aforementioned items on front endpapers, some red pencil "x" marks on the title page and "Nebr 52.
