You don't need fixing. You need space to understand yourself.

This honest and comforting book explores emotions, stress, relationships, self-doubt, identity, and what it means to grow up in a world full of pressure, expectations, and comparison.

Through relatable situations and emotionally grounded reflections, the book helps young people understand why they react the way they do - not as something "wrong" with them, but as something that makes sense in light of what they carry and experience.

Instead of focusing on perfection, performance, or becoming someone else, this book invites the reader to slow down, become more present, and develop a more understanding relationship with themselves.

Thoughtful, calm, and deeply human, this is a book about feeling less alone in what you are going through - and discovering that you do not need to have everything figured out in order to live a meaningful life.

Reidun Havnes writes about emotions, relationships, identity, and what it means to grow up under pressure. Drawing from years of experience working closely with young people, she combines psychological insight with a calm, human approach that helps readers feel less alone in what they carry.

Her work is rooted in the belief that people do not need fixing - they need understanding, connection, and space to become more themselves.
