Softcover. Glossy pictorial covers of baby baboons. Blue and black lettering to the front cover. Dated 2016 on the copyright page. No date on title page. This is an uncorrected proof copy. "Uncorrected Proof Copy" sticker on the front cover. 158 pages. Very good condition. Binding is tight and crisp. No wear or creasing to the covers. Pages bright and clean. Free of any marks or writing. A reviewer's letter addressed to Thomas Lovejoy is included. Overall very good condition. This book is from the collection of Thomas Lovejoy. Dr. Lovejoy was an influential ecologist, field biologist, and activist; former head of the Amazon Biodiversity Center, World Wildlife Fund, and advisor to the United Nations and Smithsonian Institution. He is credited with introducing the term biological diversity to the mainstream environmental movement. In addition, he was a passionate collector of books on the natural world. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
