About the Authors

Michael Grabowski is Professor of Communication, Sound, and Media Arts and Director of the Game Design and Production program at Manhattan College.

Marie L. Radford holds a PhD from Rutgers University, USA, where she is Professor Emerita in the Department of Library and Information Science. She received the 2010 ALA/RUSA Mudge Award for distinguished contributions to reference and the 2024 Chancellor Award for Excellence in Mentoring from Rutgers University. Her latest books are Research Methods in Library and Information Science, with Lynn Silipigni Connaway (2021) and Conducting the Reference Interview, with Catherine Sheldrick Ross and Kirsti Nilsen (2019).
