T. Nelson,1869. Hard Cover. No dust jacket (as issued), Maroon cloth boards with inset illustration on front and gilt decoration. All edges gilt. Cover has moderate shelfwear with rubbed corners and spine ends. Bottom spine end has a small tear. Gilt on spine is faded. Pages are clean and unmarked, mild foxing on text pages, moderate foxing on illustration plates. All tissues are intact over illustrations. The first signature is loose at the bottom. Good reading copy. Would look lovely on a nightstand. Seller Inventory # 21536
