1974 "Corrected Edition" The author was killed in the tragic Summer Institute plane crash of April 7th, 1972, and the book was edited for postumous publication by Healey and Marks, and then corrected (this edition). x plus 278 pages, rebound in sturdy and unworn library buckram cloth, university-logo endpapers and moderate ex-library stamps, no markings on the interior pages, still a well-kept copy otherwise.
