Do you remember when a care-free trip through eight European countries didn't necessitate taking out a loan on your parents? I do, so come along with me and relive those days. I spent three weeks travelling through Europe in each of the years 1973, 1974, 1976. I've taken what I think are the most humourous and adventurous parts of the lot and written it down. All names used are actual people and all cities bare my footprints, and as well as many pleasant memories, especially of London, I have pictures and souvenirs to prove it....a bagful of foreign coins, an ash tray from the Hotellet Absolom in Copenhagen, a knife from the Kabul Student Hotel in Amsterdam, a towel from the Gaudi in Barcelona..... The language is salty in some places and the anal retentive would certainly label some parts of the book as lewd and lacivious. I think they are funny! My literary adeptness is not on a par with Hemmingway's - thank God. After being forced to plod through his The Old Man And The Sea in high school and his glorifying the cruel running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain every year, I think he sucked worse than a Shop-Vac!I do not subscribe to today's political correctness garbage so, if one looks carefully enough, I'm sure something can be found to offend everyone. I make no apologies!I had fun writing this book, I hope you have as much by reading it.

From the Back Cover
All people in this book are real, and all cities mentioned bare my footprints. However, do not expect prose on a par with Hemmingway. After being forced to plod through his The Old Man And The Sea in high school and hig glorification of the cruel annual Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain, I think he sucked worse than a Shop-Vac!
The language in this book is salty and some parts of the book would be labeled lewd and lacivious by the anal retentive. I think they are funny; but The Church would probably not endorse my efforts.
