This is quite uncommon. Small quarto. {7' x 10 & 3/4'} Shelf worn with curl to textblock. Bumped corners. 7-inch record is in very good+ condition. Paper sleeve is in very good condition with light toning, two small tan stains on back and one removal scar back cover also. There is a small white superficial mark on front and possible sticker residue bottom left corner. Considering its age the record looks great. Seller Inventory # 258437
