In Greek Mythology Nestor was the king of Pylos. In his grey hair days, he became a counsellor to the Greek during the Trojan War. We are constantly in a war, sometimes with people around us, sometimes with people who care for us, sometimes with the people we love and sometimes with ourselves. In the end our body becomes a war zone between our heart and mind. In such situations, The Nestor will help us discover ourselves to lift the mist and enable us to find our way out. The Nestor is a self-help book, especially for people who don't have time up their sleeve to read or for people who evade reading. The Nestor covers various topics from self-help, motivation, marriage, parenting, career and most importantly introspection. The main idea behind The Nestor is to connect with our subconscious mind. "It is I who has the solution to all my problems, because it is I who knows myself better". Life is same for all, but we as individuals are completely different, which doesn't make us less special. Remember this is your life and you are 100% responsible for it. As the author of The Nestor, I'm very hopeful that it will not only able to help one but give a helping hand to many.
