About this Item

"This copy of The Net is in better than very good condition with the pasted front picture and gilt edging and lettering very bright and giving it a stand-out appearance. There is the most modest wear to the four corners with just a touch of whitening and the spine cloth, though a bit faded, is still very clean and the gilt lettering still quite distinct. The interior is clean and the pages brightly white. There are two inked notations on the ffep - - one a previous owner's name and date and the second another name with date and initials. The frontispiece is still protected by its tissue guard. The roman numerals '1912' are on the title page. The copyright page shows "Published October 1912" with the letters H-M shown below. The additional three full page black-and-white illustrations are all present and one page in the text body shows a dog-eared fold that has been unfolded into its original position. This is a *very* nice copy of this title. This is original text and is neither copied nor reprinted by any fashion. 333 pages.".
