Neuro-Vision Systems

A reprint volume on neuro-vision systems that contains 47 of the most significant articles published since 1943, but mostly in the last decade. The collection contains a wide breadth of refereed papers dealing with the philosophical aspects of biological vision, survey papers on computational neural networks, and a variety of current papers dealing specifically with neuro-vision architecture, theoretical models, hardware implementations, and a variety of applications. In addition to a substantial tutorial article, there are specially written introductions to each of the volume's seven parts. Annotation copyright Book News, Inc. Portland, Or.
