About the Author

Dr. Dean Howell was a mathematician before attending medical school at John Bastyr College of Naturopathic Medicine (1978-82). Upon graduation, he applied mathematical principles to medicine to create NeuroCranial Restructuring, a very precise and powerful manipulation technique that has been evolving over the past twenty-one years.

As NCR produced spectacular healing results in most patients, word of mouth created enormous demand. Eventually, Dr. Howell had to close his family practice to focus exclusively on NCR. Over the past seven years Dr. Howell has also trained over fifty doctors (M.D.s, N.D.s, D.C.s, D.O.s and D.D.s) throughout the United States to perform this technique.

Dr. Howell is based in Washington State, where he treats patients, trains doctors and conducts continuing research into NCR.
