Nevada County Historic Photo Album (Collectors Edition, Volume One)

The fascination with history is never-ending, and out fascination is deepest with local history - the history of the places that we know best. Nowhere is this more true than Nevada County, a place where reminders of our history stand on every street corner and peek at us from behind every curver on the road. We take pride in our hisotyr. We are united in our belief that the people of Nevada County today are stewards of the stories of those who stood in this place before us. The employees of The Union feel history nearby every day. We have front-row seats as the parade of local history marches by, one day at a time. We are delighted that we can share these photos with you. All of us who work at Nevada County's daily newspaper hope you find them as intriguing, as interesting and as inspiring as we have.
