Ahem. God?? Pssttt! Are you there?!

It’s bedtime after a rough day, and the last thing Mera wants is to be alone in the dark. Reflecting on her dad’s nightly refrain—“Be sure of this, and always know—Jesus is with you. You are never alone!”—leads Mera into a humorous and tender conversation with God as she learns what it means to rest in Jesus's loving presence.
