About the Author

For 55 years Ruth Bell ministered with her pastor husband at Revival Temple in San Antonio, and counseled hundreds of couples. Born in Japan to missionary parents, Leonard and Esther Coote, she has always loved the ministry. For six years, she and her husband did church planting in Japan and founded THE NEXT TOWNS CRUSADE, a fellowship of ministers who continue to go into new towns with the gospel. Ruth graduated from Apostolic College in Oklahoma, where she met her husband, and has an MA from St. Mary's University of Texas, and an MA in counseling from Oblate School of Theology.
