She Was Never The Point: Thirty Mornings in the City of Glass

You do not come to Dubai looking for yourself.
But sometimes a city finds you anyway.

In these thirty quiet mornings Omar Raphael moves through the City of Glass with a heart that is still learning how to return to itself. What he finds is not noise or grandeur but stillness. Small moments that feel like turning points. Light that softens something inside him. Streets and reflections that speak in a language he did not know he needed.

This is a book about presence, healing, and the gentle shifts that happen when you stop trying to outrun your life. Through honest storytelling and soft emotional insight Omar explores memory, love, hope, and the quiet transformations that shape who we become.

If you love emotional nonfiction, reflective travel writing, and stories that help you see your own life more clearly, this journey through the City of Glass will stay with you long after the last page.
