See photos for condition details. Full leather hardcover gilt and label to spine. Front board shows fraying of the leather along the right side fore edge and has a very slight bow. Front and rear end pages and pastedowns show handwriting and signatures and heavy foxing, but no serious hinge cracks. Interior pages show foxing minor to heavy in the quadrant of pages 19 - 22 was not correctly bound, so the bottom half is not attached, causes the pages to stick out on the outside edge. A couple pages had corner folds. Copyright page states second edition.
