This work is a fascinating insight into the study of natural history in the eighteenth century. In a half morocco binding with cloth covered boards. Externally, rubbed to the joints and extremities. Patches of further rubbing to the cloth covered boards. Losses to the extremities and to the backstrip due to rubbing. Hinges have been repaired. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are slightly age toned. Occasional scattered spots to pages. Some instances of Tape repair to the margin of page 254. Very Good.
