New Forms of Procurement : Ppp and Relational Contracting in the 21st Century

The last three decades have seen the evolution of Public–Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Relationship Contracting (RC) as alternative procurement approaches to traditional methods of delivering public infrastructure.
