New Foundations for Mathematical Logic in American Mathematical Monthly.

QUINE, Willard van Orman. New Foundations for Mathematical Logic in American Mathematical Monthly, 1937, Mathematical Association of America, Menasha, 1937, vol 44, 688. The volume is complete for 1937 with the 12 complete monthly issues, each with their original wrappers bound in. The Quine appears on pp 137-155. Amongst the other dozens of contributors there is a very interesting biographical piece on Ramanujan (d. 1920) by his mentor/friend/collaborator, G.H. Hardy (pp 137-155). All are bound in a stout cloth, with reinforced hinges. This is an ex-library copy with a call number on the spine, plus a rubber stamped library name on each front wrapper. That said, this is a crisp, bright, very sturdy copy.
