Bishop Willard Smith The Bishop Willard L Smith is a native of Atlanta, GA and the son of the late Willie Smith, Jr. and Minister Betty Ann Smith. He is also the proud father of one daughter Ms. Tiffany Smith and a grandson Demetrius Lamar Smith and a granddaughter Briana Smith. Bishop Smith now serves as Senior Pastor and founder of New Life Christian Ministries, Inc. of Atlanta. GA. Bishop Smith spent the earlier part of his educational years attending school in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Upon completion of high school he attended West Georgia College, Carrollton, GA (Applied Psychology), Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA (Christian Education) and The Potter's Bible Institute, Dallas, TX (Master of Divinity ).
