A highly decorated police officer he has been to USA and Japan for studying training techniques under a Ford Foundation Fellowship. ,Pragya Mathur Kumar has worked at IIM Ahmedabad, Centre for Organisational Development, Hyderabad, IILM Jaipur and ICFAI Jaipur. She is a UGC scholar and was awarded PhD for her dissertation titled "Stress in PoliceRecognition, Diagnosis and Coping Strategies." ,Shiv Shubhang Mathur is presently working as a AGM (Mktg ) with Tube Investments of India, which is the part of the Rs. 9500 crore Murugappa group.
