First Edition. Original green embossed cloth, gilt lettering on spine faded, cloth moderately worn along the edges, but in terrific condition for its age. 394 pages with 1 page of ads at rear. Some staining to rear free endpaper, evidence of removal of bookseller's label on top of front pastedown. No bookplates, signatures or writing. No copies available of this title in the first edition. Very Scarce. Acetate protective cover.
