About the Authors

Moskowitz was formerly on the board of directors of the American Planning Association and the New Jersey Site Improvement Advisory Board.

Carl G. Lindbloom is a planning and urban design consultant. He is a licensed professional planner in New Jersey and a former member of his local planning board.
