Casing is square and solid, just a bit dusty with mild wear to edges and tips. Publisher's sticker on front paste-down. Neat owner's name and address in pencil on front paste-down. Stick from map-sellerMap itself is sharp and bright and seems unblemished with no tears, Remarkably well-preserved. A beautiful collectable copy of a quite uncommon piece of Americana.
