Quarter leather. Black w/gilt lettering. Corners and one spot in center of lower edge rubbed to boards. Moderate general scuffing. Head of spine has one fairly large piece missing, the words 'Keetels" and "New" are gone. Small chip at heel of spine. Ffep is torn out and has exposed mesh. Dampstain at lower margin translates through first 29 pages. Some pages are soiled as book was used for pressing leaves, and leaves have left ghosts. The occasional pencil notation in text.
