PROVENANCE: U.S. Geological Survey and then the Library of Congress; the USGS and LC rubber stamps are on the front cover, along with a 12mm "LC" perforated stamp. There is also an old vertical fold through the center of the pamphlet. NOTE: this seems to be rare as a separate printing, with no listings at all in WORLDCAT. Nice copy.
